IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to  develop this “mine of the future”. Suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for the following vacancies required for the project development.

Admin Clerk X2 REF: UMS-2511

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the provision of an accurate and efficient site admin and payroll function, and to assist with the management of staff attendance.

Requirements:

·      Grade 12.

·      At least 2 years’ experience in payroll and finance-related administration.

·      Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, as well as in financial/payroll systems.

·      Fluent in English.

·      Experience in a mining, contracting or construction environment will be an advantage.

·      Experience with the Buildsmart Enterprise Management system (HR & Payroll modules) will be an advantage.

·      Candidates must be willing to work shifts.

·      Candidates must be medically fit – all will be required to pass a medical examination.
