Apply Time and Attendance ( T& A) Clerk at Mokopane – Mokopane, Limpopo Province, South Africa.

IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to  develop this “mine of the future”. Suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for the following vacancies required for the project development.

T&A CLERK X 1 REF: IVP-HR-2514

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

·       Grade 12

·       Diploma in HR

·       Certificate in System Administration/HR

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

·       1-year experience as T&A Clerk preferably mining industry.

·       Knowledge of HR Systems preferably Xtime & SAGE.  

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

·       Review employee’s timesheets and make corrections on the system.

·       Print clock cards for employees and contractors’ employees.

·       Capture and terminate contractors & IVP employees.

·       Update all crews on the notice board.

·       Physical checking of all turnstiles and fault finding on the hardware.

·       Report to superior when the system (hardware & software) is not working.

·       Send access control register to the security officers.

·       Update of medical report and leaves on the system.

·       Assist the employee with SAGE.

·       Do shift & shaft clearances.

·       Do crews transfer and allocate employees into the right shift cycles

·       Send T&A report on time.
